Overview
Within the HighTide platform, you are able to access the knowledge base to find answers to questions you might have, as well as contact support directly within the platform. By clicking on the icon shown in the image below a chat box will appear.
By default, the Home button will show where you can search for knowledge base articles to find answers to your questions.
You can also toggle to Messages where you can send a message directly to HighTide support.
After submitting a question, a HighTide support specialist will respond to you through the message center to answer your questions.
You are also able to submit an idea to our product team. This submission can be simple feedback about a current feature or an idea to help improve HighTide. You will also see this option within the chat dialog box.
