Overview
Within the HighTide platform, administrators will have the ability to view all of your billing information for your CRM plan. Within this area, you can see your current balance, update your payment method as well as view all of your Invoices.
Viewing Your Invoices
You will navigate to the Billing section where you will see all of your invoices and have the ability to view each specific invoice.
To view your specific invoice, click the invoice to see the PDF.
Updating your Payment Method
In the event you need to update your payment method, you will do this in the Billing section under Payment Methods.
In this section, you will see your current payment method(s) and have the ability to add additional payment methods by clicking on Add Payment Method. After doing so you can either enter your credit card information or link a bank account.
