Overview
Within the HighTide platform every nonprofit organization will have a database structure that is custom to their organization. Record Types are how organizations are able to customize their data. At HighTide, organizations will have the ability to name their Record Types to fit their terminology, allowing them to have consistent language for employees, donors, volunteers, or anyone associated with the organization.
Organizations can add new Record Types easily to track new information as well through the CRM Builder, if needed. They can also make a change to the name of the Record Type, if needed.
