Overview
HighTide is a customizable CRM that allows your data to be managed in many different ways. Once your Record Types are configured, users are able to navigate through each Record Type and view specific records and the fields for the record.
Navigating Records Types
Record Types are displayed in the left navigation pane. You are able to navigate to each Record Type by clicking on the name of the Record Type. Once you do, a data table will display for the Record Type you have selected. In addition, the active record type that you are viewing will be highlighted in green. The naming of each Record Type is fully customizable by your system administrator, allowing your organization to use terminology that fits your needs.
Once you navigate to the record type, you will be able to search for the specific record you would like to see. Refer to the Searching for Records (Users) article in the knowledge base to better understand how you can find specific records within the HighTide platform.
